Adding zucchini to our oatmeal is a great way to fit in extra greens into your diet. It tastes way better than it sounds and has become one of my favourite meals. This is such a soothing and warming meal. Perfect for colder mornings or when you need some grounding.
1/2 cup of oatmeal 1 cup grated zucchini 1 cup oatmilk 1 tbsp chiaseeds 1 tsp pumpkin seeds Salt Stir in a pot on medium heat for about 7 min. Then serve with blueberries and nutbutter. Enjoy x
