  • Acceptance is the easiest way to feel calm, to let go and surrender to the flow of life. Once we do all of these things, we stop resisting and creating friction in our everyday. This is where the beauty and magic of opportunity, experiences and laughter is able to flow in. One of the most powerful ways to practice acceptance is to make peace with your past. I want you to write a forgiveness letter to someone who has hurt you the most. Address is to them, write out everything you forgive them for and why. Take as much time as you need and try not to get overly attached to the outcome. Once you are finished, dispose of the letter however feels most releasing for you. Please do not burn your house down.
