  • Intention Intention Intention. You’ve heard it a million times, and so had I, until I learnt about the reason for it. At the back of our minds sits a bunch of nerves called the reticular activated system (RAS). Your RAS is the reason why when you think of getting a new car, you start to see it everywhere. Why when you think of a person you start to read and hear their name more frequently. It’s why when you wake up and think, here goes another long and horrific day, you’re most likely correct. Our RAS takes whatever we are focusing on and forces the brain and body to seek out these experiences, because we’re noticing it more! Therefore, we can use the power of intention to sculpt and mould our days.
