  • Gratitude is one of the most powerful yet overlooked tools we can use to significantly increase our joy, contentment and overall wellness. Gratitude takes what we have, and makes it more than enough. It is a practice that helps put everything into perspective and remind us that actually, life is beautiful and we will be okay!
