Pilates Challenge

I wanted to take you on a journey from (to be honest) a starting point for me personally. An injury forced me to stop all exercise and movement for 6 weeks. I have since then lost track of my routine and my body does not feel how it one time was. Therefor, I wanted to take you on this challenge with me. When it comes to healthy habits there are no short-cuts. This challenge will challenge you, shape you, and transform both your body and mind. I will take you through a 30 min Pilates class everyday to sculpt that beautiful body of yours to be strong healthy and toned. I will inspire you daily to stay consistent and motivated to come on this health journey with me. This challenge will set you up for the consistency your body has been longing for. We start the 10th of July.


All classes will be released in a new CHALLENGE LIBRARY and it is FREE for all members. If you're already a member all you need to do is register you spot HERE. All classes will be releases on the starting date, 10th of July.
