Pilates CHALLENGE

Full body pilates workouts created to transform and shape both your body and your mind. Join me for 14 consecutive days starting the 1st of December as I will challenge, inspire and motivate you to show up for yourself, every single day. 

 

The challenge is free for all members and to get access to the challenge you need to register your spot here(Even if you have signed up before).

 

You'll need ankle-weights, and a mat. (If you don't have ankle-weights you can participate without the extra spice).
